Biography
Pam combines an abundance of experience with a tireless passion for assisting others to address life challenges, embrace opportunity, and reach full potential. Throughout her career, she has been a counselor, educator, and advocate for those she has served.
Pam hold both a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences and a Masters of Psychology from National Louis University in Chicago Illinois, with a focus on educational development.
For over 4 years, she was a member of the leadership team at Bridge Communities, a non-profit organization outside of Chicago. The Organization provides homeless families with a comprehensive an compassionate program, designed to assist with a sustainable path toward independence and security. During her time at Bridge Communities, Pam held the position of Educational Manager, directly assisting both adults and Children meet their professional and scholastic goals.
Pam has also taught various levels of Psychology, for several universities in Illinois, Arizona, and Tennessee. Her classes have focused on a wide range of curriculum, from high school AP to advanced adult learning. Most important has been her ability to make an individual connection with her students, with a priority placed on helping them meet their educational and personal goals.
A resident of Pentwater Michigan, Pam has also served on the Board of Directors for several local organizations, and is an active supporter of the Lake Shore Food Club; a non-profit organization addressing food insecurity in West Michigan.
In her role as Mason County CASA Director, Pam is looking to continue her legacy of “making a difference” in the lives of those she serves.
