Children & Adolescents

The Fountain Hill Center offers child and adolescent counseling that focuses on supporting young individuals in their emotional, social, and psychological development. Counselors help young people and their families address the unique pressures faced by children and teenagers, such as academic pressures, peer relationships, family conflicts, and emotional disturbances.

  • Counselors will employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to the age and developmental stage of the child/ adolescent, fostering a safe and trusting environment where they can express their feelings and concerns.
  • Through counseling, young people can develop coping skills, improve their self-esteem, and learn effective communication strategies. Counselors work collaboratively with families to promote healthy development and overall well-being, ensuring that young people are equipped with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of life successfully.
