Biography
Molly is a Limited Licensed Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered, existential, and mindfulness-based perspectives. She views therapy as a space for thoughtful investigation – a place where people can slow down and tune into themselves. Her aim is to offer a space where clients can come as they are and where whatever they bring in can be met with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Molly works with adolescents and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, life transitions, career and relationship concerns, anger, loneliness, and more. She brings a strong focus to identity development, women’s issues, religious trauma, and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in the context of their lived experiences.
As a lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, Molly is dedicated to making mental health services accessible within her community. Whether through individual counseling or group work, she focuses on integrating mindfulness practices to support adolescents and young adults in managing prevalent mental health challenges.
