Emily (she/her/they) is a therapist specializing in supporting clients through life transitions, identity development, and experiences within the LGBTQ+ community. With a compassionate and empathic person-centered approach, they are equipped to walk alongside individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Emily values creativity, authenticity, curiosity, and connection. Emily is committed to ensuring each individual feels seen, heard, and valued.  

Working with couples, adolescents (ages 15+), and adults, Emily prioritizes collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. They take an integrative and holistic approach to counseling, drawing on a range of interventions such as art therapy techniques, nervous system work, or mindfulness practices, to meet each client’s unique needs and to support them in becoming the best version of themselves.

Emily Co-hosts a four-week Mindfulness Psychoeducation Group where they will teach the basics of mindfulness as a means of regulation. This group is designed for any adults who may benefit and is not meant to address severe mental health concerns. Open to all 18+
