Introduction of Psychological Evaluation Services

Fountain Hill Center is pleases to announce that beginning in 2026, we will be expanding our services to include comprehensive psychological evaluations. These evaluations will be conducted by our team of qualified licensed psychologists and are designed to assess for diagnoses such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), among other clinically indicated concerns.

We recognize the growing need for timely and thorough psychological assessments, particularly for concerns such as ADHD and Autism, and we are excited to be able to meet this need within our community. Offering these services aligns with our mission to provide high-quality, accessible metal health care across the lifespan.

All referrals for psychological evaluations should be forwarded to Becky Plantinga, who will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordination.

Each psychological evaluation will be offered at a flat rate of $1,500. In addition to private pay, we will accept the following insurance plans for psychological evaluation services:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
• Blue Care Network
• Priority Health

We are enthusiastic about this expansion and look forward to supporting clients through the addition of formal diagnostic assessment services at Fountain Hill Center.
