Biography
Tatum Teeple is a Temporary Limited License Psychologist with broad experience, dedicated to serving adults and older adolescents with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues. Tatum believes that for therapy to be effective, a therapist and client must work collaboratively to cultivate a secure, trusting, and empowering relationship: a relationship that demonstrates the positive impacts that meaningful connections have in healing past wounds. She is dedicated to walking alongside individuals while they learn how to feel in control of their lives’ once more through establishing a deep, meaningful therapeutic connection. Tatum utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to equip her clients with the necessary skills needed to handle life’s greatest stressors.
Tatum has worked with a variety of acute mental health issues like anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, psychosis, self-esteem, grief and loss, substance use, adjustment difficulties, self-harm/suicidal ideation, inpatient hospitalization, a community mental health. She is skillful in providing both individual psychotherapy and group therapy services. Tatum strives to create a space of safety, trust, and connection so that you can start exploring ways to improve your mental health and create a life worth living.
