Tracy has been trained in two different types of trauma therapy, art therapy, play therapy, and gestalt therapy. She knows that for some, childhood can be a time of happiness, joy, and excitement. For others, it can be a time of disappointment, confusion, and pain.

Tracy specializes in working with children and families who have discovered that life can be a tough journey. She uses a variety of mediums when working with clients, such as art therapy, play therapy, and talk therapy. She also works with children and parents together to help create a safe and strong support for the child. She sees her role as coming alongside you and trying to holistically meet you at your point of need.

Equine Therapy

Equine Therapy and Equine Assisted Learning is a dynamic, experiential approach to well-being that gives children and adults the opportunity to confront anxiety, depression, trauma, and other obstacles in vibrant, real-time encounters with horses. Equine Therapy and Equine Assisted Learning can be used to supplement traditional talk therapies, or it can be an effective therapy on its own. Learn more about Equine Therapy in the video below.
