Tracy has been trained in two different types of trauma therapy, art therapy, play therapy, and gestalt therapy. She uses a variety of mediums when working with clients, and also works with children and parents together to help create a safe and strong support for the child. She sees her role as coming alongside you and trying to holistically meet you at your point of need.

Equine Therapy and Equine-Assisted Learning is a dynamic, experiential approach to well-being that gives children and adults the opportunity to confront anxiety, depression, trauma, and other obstacles in vibrant, real-time encounters with horses.

Equine Therapy and Equine-Assisted Learning can be used to supplement traditional talk therapies, or it can be an effective therapy on its own. Learn more about Equine Therapy in the video below.
