Julia Uturo
Julia came to the Fountain Hill Center with a background in customer service, communication, and social media marketing. She graduated from Aquinas College with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and communication. During her college career, she worked in Aquinas College’s Registrar’s office as a member of their support staff. In her last semester, she worked at a Grand Rapids based non-profit as a Communications Specialist Intern. There, she enjoyed creating and scheduling all social media posts, managing their content calendars, and supporting the editorial and podcast production staff. During this time, she also worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, and it was from there that she came to work at the Fountain Hill Center. As a Shift Supervisor, she not only enjoyed leading her team, but looked forward to meeting new people and interacting with regular customers everyday.
As Executive Assistant and Communications Coordinator at the Fountain Hill Center, Julia is ready to help answer your questions about how to get started with counseling at the Center, which therapist might be best suited for your needs, and other general information. She can help you schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment that no longer works for you. When she is not helping clients in-person or over the phone, she is the face behind the Center’s social media accounts and so enjoys creating and scheduling social media posts, marketing pieces, and promotional materials. Julia loves that this role gives her the opportunity to be a small part of the client’s journey and to do what she can to make the process welcoming and comfortable.
Julia is in the office Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. If you need to reach her directly, you may do so via our contact page, or below. Please reach out to Julia with questions related to:
