
Jessica Gladden
Jessica Gladden primarily works with adolescents and adults who struggle with the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, life adjustment, and self-esteem issues. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Jessica integrates mindfulness and mindful movement, such as yoga, into practice. She also utilizes a variety of cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy techniques. Groups focusing on using movement and yoga to assist individuals in reconnecting to their bodies may be available.

Jessica received her Masters in Social Work from Grand Valley State University in 2003 and her PhD in social work from Michigan State University in 2012. She has spent most of her career working with survivors with a history of trauma from sexual assault, domestic violence, and/or war. She says that “I believe that people already have everything they need to return to wholeness within themselves.”
